Grafton, in conjunction with Women into Business Northern Ireland, provided two days of Mock Interviews in August 2010 where 10 women took part in “real-life” interviews, receiving verbal and written feedback as well as a one hour mentoring session post interview. This helped to build confidence for the 10 Women into Business participants, provided them with a firm understanding of good interview technique and helped to build a platform for a future career plan.
