Women into Employment Event September 2011

Following the success of last years Women into Employment event, the Women into Business programme teamed up with Grafton Recruitment again for this motivational event at the Radisson Blu Belfast.

Gale Sergeant discussed the challenges faced in the New world of work and how to prepare for this as well as how to discover your Unique Selling Point in order to effectively boost your CV.

Cara Hart, an occupational psychologist with Grafton Recruitment then discussed interview techniques and how best to answer interview questions including tips you can use to help you stay calm.

The event was followed by a free lunch, which allowed all members to network and get to know each other better. Overall, it was a great success, one attendee commented, "Again this is another job well done. Thanks to the staff at Women into Business for this very comprehensive and productive seminar which was very worthwhile to attend and participate."
