The programme is exclusively aimed at bringing women in Northern Ireland together to help them succeed in their new career, whether it is to start their own business or find a new job. Through this innovative website, members will have the opportunity to: access valuable and up to date information, network in a wide variety of settings and explore career options. 

How do I become a member of Women into Business? 

Becoming a member is free and easy! Just click on, Register Free, or “Log on to your future”, on the
Home Page. Once you register your details, you are a Member! You now have access to all areas of our website and content.
If you are economically inactive, then fill in the
ESF Form (European Social Fund) for further benefits, such as: work placements, business visits and training seminars. For more information on ESF click HERE 

What are the benefits of being a member of Women into Business?

 When you become a member, you have the opportunity to become part of a unique social networking community, bringing together members, business community representatives and educational organisations, to share advice and information to help you on the ladder of success.

You can avail of a range of interesting tools and support systems such as, online discussion forums, newsfeeds, networking events, E-Learning and mentoring opportunities to share your experience and gain valuable information, hints and tips from other members.

Who can become a member of Women into Business? 

Any woman can become a member, but specifically those who want to enter or return to the workforce, and women who would like to support these women.

This includes women:

· who have been made redundant
· who have just finished full time education
· who have been out of the labour market due to childcare/family care and would like to return to economic activity
· who are under-employed, who could additionally run a part time business to improve their standard of living and job satisfaction
· ethnic and migrant women
· who are part- time students
· who are lone parents
· lacking educational background or qualifications, presenting a barrier to employment but with a hobby or skills they could turn into enterprise
· on Incapacity Benefit and/or Disability Living Allowance who may be able to do something part time in spite of their disability
· with long term disabilities.
· with other caring responsibilities.
· who are on benefits
